After downloading the game from the app store and installing it, just click on the icon on your screen to open the login/sign up page. You will have to create an administrator account (as a parent or teacher) before you can create player accounts. After creating one or more player accounts, logout of the administrator account, sign in as a player, and start playing!

Click on the Menu button in the game and Quit, or (if playing on your computer) use your PC’s commands for quitting and closing a window.

Click on the Menu button in the game and adjust the volume slider.

The map on the top right will indicate your next destination with a yellow star.

The Quest Log button on the left will tell you what your current activity is.

There are signboards in key areas and clicking on them will teleport you to a different area. For example, the bank signboard near the XP shop in the mining village will take you to the bank that is halfway down the ravine.

The XP’s or the experience points you acquire in the game automatically unlock items in the XP store. As you complete chapters, you will see the items getting unlocked.

At first your money bag can hold 20 gems and ores. You can get it upgraded on completing certain activities or buy an expansion in the XP shop.

The activity to open gates get unlocked only when the preceding activity is completed. Sometimes, you’ll have to complete the previous chapter and go to the next chapter to be able to open a gate. Look at your quest log to see if you’re ready to open a particular gate!

The number on the glowing crystals is the power needed to break the crystals to get your ore. Hitting the crystal with a pickaxe will reduce the power. Different pickaxes have different strike powers and you can also press and hold on the rock to get a power hit! Make sure you reach ‘0’ on the rock because if your hit has more strike power than the crystal’s power, it will just crumble and you won’t get any ores from it!

Once you purchase a pickaxe, open the backpack and click on the pickaxe you need and click on the Equip button. Walking near ore crystals will activate a Mine button on the top left part of the game screen. Clicking it will start the mining activity. Once it has started, just click on the rock to mine. Different pickaxes have different powers and can be used only on certain ores.

After completing a YPert page, a fun hat will be added to your inventory! Open your backpack and click on the hat icon to open the accessories section of your backpack. You’ll find your hats there!
